Who we are
Dogs Without Borders brings hope to communities where diagnostics are still a distant reality. The initiative leverages the powerful olfactory system of dogs to detect disease – starting with breast cancer. Dogs are a reliable diagnostic tool – and way cheaper than conventional ones – making them an excellent option for triages. The studies started in Paris at the renowned Curie Institute, through their KDOG project. Now, with Dogs Without Borders, this breakthrough is becoming live-saving worldwide. For both people and dogs.
